Take a 2g Bsnl SIM (if 3G convert to 2g)
And recharge any 2G GPRS plane
at the time of activation convert it to 3G
Now you can enjoy 2G gprs in 3G !!!!
I tested .......
Now i am using 6GB 2G plane in 3G !!!.....:)

How to convert 3g sim into 2g sim. and at the time of activation means what after 1 hour or at the same time.

I tested My Tamilnadu (KK dist) Sim It works !!! Now also i am using ..
But in my Kerala Sim itz not working ... So test with a trial pack of 7 or 13 then only try for 249 pack .....

Wain and check ur plane *123# and Use ... if 3G or 2G it shows along balance details ..........
